Pricing questions
Every plan comes with an allocation of ARK Tokens for the project team to use, and they can be topped up at any point. How far an allocation goes depends on the volume of information flowing through the project: a job with constant drawing revisions and heavy correspondence will use more than a smaller one. We size the starting allocation with you, and you can see what is being consumed as you go, so a top-up is a decision rather than a surprise.
Yes. You can move between Teams and Enterprise, or adjust your allocations, at any time. Reductions take effect at the end of your current billing period. Our team will help ensure a smooth transition.
