What are Managed Knowledge Footprint and Ingest Tokens?
Managed Knowledge Footprint represents the amount of active knowledge ARK manages for you—documents, drawings, models, and live system data. Ingest Tokens measure the processing work performed when new content is ingested or updated. You don't need to calculate these yourself—we size your plan based on your teams, projects, systems, and history.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We'll notify you well before you reach your limits and work with you to find the right solution—whether that's an Ingest Token top-up or a plan upgrade. Your service will not be interrupted.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can move from Lite to Pro or Enterprise at any time. We'll work with your team to ensure a smooth transition.
What LLM models does ARK use?
Lite plans use an Ageiro-selected managed LLM. Pro plans can choose from our curated model catalogue. Enterprise plans support BYO LLM,bring your own models, including private endpoints, open-source models, or sector-specific deployments.
Is my data used for model training?
No. Customer data is never used for model training. Prompts and responses are not retained beyond defined lifetimes. Data does not cross declared geographic boundaries.
Do you support on-premise or sovereign deployments?
