Josh is the kind of person who builds things from scratch,figuring out product-market fit, crafting value propositions that make sense, and designing sales processes that scale. He has also embedded AI into sales workflows because, well, that's the future.

As a product expert and consultant-first leader, Richard coaches teams to deeply understand technical applications - from pharmaceutical compliance to mission-critical automotive production systems - enabling them to architect solutions rather than sell products. His approach as Chief Customer Officer prioritizes long-term partnership over transactions, building relationships where customers view his team as extensions of their engineering organizations. Richard brings enterprise sales discipline combined with startup agility, developing talent that can navigate long technical cycles, multi-stakeholder validation, and executive engagement while driving measurable revenue outcomes.

As a Non-Executive Director on our Board, Alexandre advises on financing and corporate development, accelerating growth through strategic acquisitions, partnerships and value creating initiatives.

With over 18 years of experience in investment banking, Alexandre is known for his strategic insight and ability to support founders, shareholders, and management teams in scaling high-growth, innovative businesses. His career includes senior roles at Torch Partners, Perella Weinberg Partners, Rothschild & Co, and Lazard. Alexandre holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Université Paris Cité and a Master's in Management from Toulouse Business School.
