Ageiro raises $3M and comes out of stealth as the Decision Intelligence Layer for AECO

11 December 2025
London, United Kingdom

Ageiro today announced $3 million in investment funding and its emergence from stealth as a specialist decision intelligence platform for Architecture, Engineering, Construction & Owner-Operators (AECO). The investment accelerates the delivery of ARK, the Agentic Reasoning Knowledgebase: a platform that gives project teams evidence-backed answers from their drawings, specifications, RFIs, BIM models and submittals.

A specialist platform for construction data

Ageiro is building ARK, the Agentic Reasoning Knowledgebase: the Decision Intelligence Layer for AECO: construction-specific AI that reads the documents a construction project actually runs on and returns answers backed by citable evidence.

AECO firms today face escalating information complexity. A single project can span thousands of drawings, specifications, RFIs, BIM models and submittals, spread across systems that rarely agree with one another. When a drawing revision contradicts a specification clause, the discrepancy is often discovered on site, where it becomes rework, delay and dispute.

Ageiro answers the question, “What if project teams could ask their entire document set a question and get an answer they can defend, with every claim traced back to its source?”

“Construction knowledge is trapped in fragmented systems. Drawings live in one place, specifications in another, and the decisions that connect them are buried in RFIs and email threads. ARK gives project teams answers they can defend, because every response is traced back to the documents it came from. We believe this industry needs specialist AI built around how construction information actually works, not a generalist model with a chat window on top. This funding lets us deliver that to the firms who need it most.”

Designed for governed deployment

ARK is engineered to be governed, audited and scaled. It reconciles conflicting project documents, surfaces discrepancies between revisions, and verifies work against applicable codes and standards. With humans in the loop, project teams set the constraints and retain oversight, and every answer carries the evidence trail needed to stand behind it.

With ARK, Ageiro helps AECO firms cut the hours spent hunting through fragmented document sets and reconciling conflicting information. This shift shortens response times on RFIs and submittals and reduces the risk of building from superseded information. It also frees engineers, architects and project managers to focus on judgment and design rather than document retrieval, while compliance checks against codes and standards run continuously in the background.

Funding impact

Ageiro is investing in operational infrastructure to ensure security, compliance and enterprise-grade reliability at scale. With the infusion of $3 million, Ageiro is expanding ARK’s reasoning engine, its document understanding for construction formats, its compliance verification capabilities and its connectors to the systems AECO firms already use. This will enable the company to deliver a governed, auditable foundation for project decision intelligence.

Alongside this, Ageiro is scaling sales and partnerships across the AECO sector to meet growing demand from firms that want defensible answers from their project data.

About Ageiro

Ageiro is the company behind ARK, the Agentic Reasoning Knowledgebase: a Decision Intelligence Layer built for Architecture, Engineering, Construction & Owner-Operators. ARK gives project teams evidence-backed answers from their drawings, specifications, RFIs, BIM models and submittals, reconciles conflicting project documents, and verifies work against applicable codes and standards. Designed for governance, auditability, and scale, ARK deploys under controls that let firms decide exactly what it can see and do. Founded by an experienced team of technologists, Ageiro’s mission is to turn fragmented construction data into decisions teams can defend.
